Terms & Conditions

Terms of Engagement

By paying Narwhal3 and entering into a working relationship, you hereby agree to the terms of service outlined below.

Service Level Agreement

Narwhal3 offers 100% customer satisfaction with its services. Narwhal3 will continue working with you until you are satisfied or the project is completed as per the agreed scope.

Our Unlimited Revisions Policy ensures that you receive a final product that meets your expectations. Revisions will continue until satisfaction is achieved or the revision limit defined in your selected package is reached.

Revision Policy

The number of allotted revisions depends on the package selected. You may request revisions up to the limit specified in your package. No additional charges apply as long as the design concept remains unchanged. Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours per revision cycle.

Turnaround Time

Narwhal3 has a 48–72 hour initial turnaround time for most design services. This turnaround time applies to one iteration of a design stage (logo or website) and not the entire project. Depending on the service, revisions may take between 48 and 72 business hours.

Orders or revisions placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
Orders or revisions placed on Friday will be delivered by end of day Tuesday.

Refund Policy

Narwhal3 offers a 100% refund on its design services; however, refunds are conditional and subject to the following terms.

The refund policy will be void if a special or custom package has been selected, the primary design concept has been approved, revisions beyond the original design concepts have been requested, the design has been finalized, or the website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.

Refunds will also be void if the client has not communicated for more than fourteen days without notice, has placed the project on hold, violated company policies, approached another designer for the same project, provided an incomplete creative brief, requested and received a complete design change, closed or renamed the business, or requested a refund due to a change of mind or partner disagreement.

Once multiple sets of revisions have been accepted, refunds are no longer applicable.

Non-Refundable Services

Services not related to design are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These include website and email hosting, SSL certificates, domain purchases, website maintenance plans, SEO services, social media marketing, and Google Ads campaigns.

If any of these services are included in a package, they cannot be used to request a refund for the entire package. In certain cases, management may offer a partial refund after reviewing the project.

Claiming a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact Narwhal3 by calling +1 (302) 257 0153, using the live chat on the official website, or emailing your assigned Project Manager.

If a bundled service is purchased, refunds apply only to the affected service and not the entire bundle. A refund of up to 50% may be issued after review. A 35% administrative fee applies to cancellations requested within 24 hours if the project has not been initiated.

After a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to any designs submitted by Narwhal3 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quality Assurance Policy

Narwhal3 is committed to delivering high-quality, well-researched, and professionally crafted designs that meet client expectations.

Delivery Policy

Final deliverables will be sent to the client’s registered account on the confirmed delivery date. The minimum turnaround time is two business days. Websites will only be made live once all outstanding payments have been cleared.

Design Rights and Ownership

Upon written approval for finalization, the client receives full ownership of the finalized design. The client owns 100% rights to the completed logo or website and may use it freely. All concepts, drafts, and materials created during revision stages remain the property of Narwhal3.

Content Creation and Population

Narwhal3 is not responsible for content creation or population unless this service is purchased separately. When included, content and images will be created or sourced specifically for the client, and stock images will be purchased only after client approval.

For product uploads, the client must provide product images and details in CSV or XLS format. A limited number of products will be uploaded in good faith, and additional uploads may incur extra charges.

Content Compliance Policy

Narwhal3 maintains a neutral position and does not engage in religious or political content. Projects involving religion, political ideologies, wars, geopolitical matters, or social and political movements are not permitted.

If such content is introduced after project initiation, Narwhal3 reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the service agreement.

NDA and Reputation Management

All client information is kept strictly confidential. Upon project completion, both parties agree not to defame or disparage one another, including employees, partners, or affiliates.

Record Maintenance

Narwhal3 maintains records of finalized designs to assist clients in case files need to be retrieved in the future.

Customer Support

Customer support is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Requests received outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

Narwhal3 primarily provides design services. Technical assistance included in packages is limited to basic setup only. Narwhal3 is not responsible for third-party hosting issues, CMS training, email installation on devices, or troubleshooting email problems unless explicitly agreed upon.

Communication Policy

All official communication regarding feedback, revisions, refunds, and instructions must be conducted through authorized platforms. Only emails sent from or received at hello@narwhal3.com are considered valid. Narwhal3 is not responsible for communication through unofficial channels.

Termination Policy

Narwhal3 reserves the right to terminate a project or service agreement at any time due to policy violations, non-payment, extended inactivity, misrepresentation, abusive behavior, or legal and reputational risks.

Upon termination, services will cease immediately. Any applicable refund will be processed according to the service agreement, and no further revisions or deliverables will be provided. Narwhal3’s decision in such matters shall be final and non-negotiable.
